In the darkest chapter of my life, when everything felt broken and hopeless, I encountered a love I never expected.
Since its founding in 2008, “Christ’s Love in Action,” a ministry of City Tabernacle Kuala Lumpur, has been dedicated to portraying Christ’s love through tangible and compassionate actions.
Our vision is to manifest Christ’s love in every aspect of our service. Our mission is to support and uplift those in need, including refugees, urban poor, single mothers and their children, by providing essential medical care, ensuring access to basic provisions, aiding small business ventures and offering free tuition. Each initiative reflects our commitment to making a positive impact and demonstrating Christ’s grace and mercy.

We are inspired by the words of 1 John 3:18 (NIV): “Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.” This verse reminds us that true love is expressed through our deeds and genuine care for others.
Through these efforts, we strive to embody Christ’s love in our daily actions, helping individuals and families find hope, stability and opportunity. Our work is driven by a profound desire to show that love is not merely a sentiment but a force for transformation.
With the unwavering support of City Tabernacle Kuala Lumpur, we continue to make Christ’s love visible through every act of service, ensuring that everyone we reach feels cherished, supported and embraced.
It will be as simple as Occidental; in fact, it will be Occidental. To an English person, it will seem like simplified English, as a skeptical Cambridge friend of mine told me what Occidental is. The European languages are members of the same family.
